Financial Tip #5

Start by tracking your income and expenses for a month to see where your money goes. Categorize your spending into essentials (like rent and groceries) and non-essentials (like dining out or subscriptions). Set limits for each category and make adjustments as needed. This not only helps you avoid overspending but also allows you to identify areas where you can save. Plus, having a clear picture of your finances makes it easier to set and achieve financial goals, whether that's building an emergency fund, saving for a big purchase, or investing for the future.  Would you like more detailed steps on budgeting? Financial Tip #4- Tithe & Give

It is so important to tithe, give offerings, and to give to the needy/poor. I remember growing up I would sell candy in school and profit about $25.00 a week and give about $2.50 in tithe. I developed that habit at a young age and continued the same practice throughout my life. I feel that I have seen the favor of God in my life from this practice. I have seen debts paid off, unexpected finances, and just consistency in my life. I have seen doors that I thought were shut; open and the list goes on. Every time I slip up on paying my tithes because I need the funds, things in my life financially are shaken.  Giving offerings is also encouraged because at that point your are not only giving the 10% that God commanded, but you are also stretching your faith and showing God how much you trust him. When you give to the needy and the poor you are giving and practicing being kind, which is one of the fruits of the spirit. Phone: 832-431-6138 or Link: https://form.jotform.com/tamekainsuranc...

Faith & Finances

Deuteronomy 8:18 King James Version 18  But thou shalt remember the  Lord  thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. In this scripture we clearly see that God gives us the power/ability to get wealth. That means that we can not do it without him. We should always remember that without Him we are nothing. As we grow our businesses, climb the ladder of success, and grow our investment portfolios we need to be sure to always put God first. We should thank Him daily and give back as well.  If you are a Christian entrepreneur and would like a wonderful opportunity in the financial industry please complete the form below.  https://form.jotform.com/tamekainsurance/business-partner-questionnaire

Financial Tip #3- Debt Elimination

Pay down those debts! Getting into debt of course is very easy. However, getting out of debt can be challenge. One of the reasons that you may have gotten in so much debt is because you do not have the funds to keep on your bills. For other people it may be because they just can not tell themselves and others the word "NO." So you spend money unnecessarily on things that are not a need.  You can use your tax refunds to tackle a lot of that debt. I know you are feeling like that is usually you fun money. I defiantly understand where you are coming from. You can still have some fun with it, but paying down some of debts will free up some of your monthly income. It will also eliminate you paying so much of interest and fees to the creditors. It is wise to start with your first few lowest bills.  If these tips have been beneficial and you would like a complementary budget and consultation, please fill out the form below.  https://form.jotform.com/tamekainsurance/informa...

Scripture: Proverbs 13:22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the sinner’s wealth is laid up for the righteous. In this scripture we see that leaving an inheritance for our children is a blessing.  The legal definition of inheritance refers to property acquired through law for decedents. The traditional definition is a thing that is inherited.  You can inherit real-estate, land, cash, investments, stocks, bonds, jewelry, and etc.  How do we acquire these things over-time? How can we afford these things? How can we afford to invest? How can we legally make sure children's and children's receive there inheritances?  Well I am so glad that you asked.
